At the opening of the training course, U Thaung Htike, the district head of the District Rural Development Department, said that the training was held in order to make the employees more skilled and facilitate the work and increase their efficiency.It is known that Associate Professor Daw Ohmar Than, the head of the Department of Civil Engineering at the Government Technical Institute (Mohnyin) continued teaching the course after giving a clear presentation about the subjects to be taught in the course. The course will be taught for 15 days from (2nd) to (16th) February.
