- Provide more Opportunities for TVET teachers to upgrade their teaching and learning qualifications and to help administrators, teachers and other educators improve their professional, knowledge, competence, skills and effectiveness
At least 50 dedicated Institution-Based Professional Development (IBPD) Centres are operational by 2022 and performing two main functions;
- systematic teacher training through in-school professional development by means of a reformed training program in pedagogical and practical skills to lead student-centred, competency-based education and training and,
- providing a platform to create institution-level links to the local private sector.
